Ashley Dupre being sued for "stealing a boyfriend"

Ashley Dupre became quite well known after she was identified as the prostitute at the center of the sex scandal that brought down powerful New York Governor Elliot Spitzer. She was known as ‘Kristin’ to her clients and when it became known that Spitzer was one of her clients his career took a nose dive.

THE ASHLEY DUPRE DIANE SAWYER INTERVIEW

Now Ms. Dupre is at the center of yet another sex scandal. Its seems that a model named K.T. Mary Dunphy has named her as the ‘other woman’ in her lawsuit in which she is asking for $1.5 million for emotional distress. She claims that Dupre stole her boyfriend, Robert Oppenheimer Jr.

Get comfortable and hold on to your hair extensions and I’ll try to explain this whole situation. It seems that Dunphy met Oppenheimer in 2004 on one of those dating websites that caters to helping people meet millionaires. The two started dating and everything was hunky dorey in the beginning, just like most relationships. He wined and dined her, spent money on her lavishly and took her to romantic, exotic places. Then, one day, Dunphy slipped on a wet floor after swimming and fell down injuring her foot and rupturing her breast implants!

Their relationship started going downhill after she busted her bust.

Dunphy claims that Oppenheimer started using cocaine and visiting prostitutes. She says she was pregnant with twins in 2007 when she walked in on Oppenheimer and Dupre having sexual relations. She says that she was so upset that she miscarried the twins. Dupre claims she never heard of Oppenheimer but Dunphy says she knows it was Dupre because she recognizes her tattoos in photos she sees now. She obviously got a very close look at Dupre in that shocking moment of walking in on them.

Oppenheimer quit giving Dunphy gifts, kicked her out of the house he’d given her to live in, took back the car he let her use and cut her off financially. It was so awful that Dunphy had to go on food stamps and find a way to support herself. Its possible that’s where the lawsuit comes into the convoluted tale. That’s just speculation, of course.

Oppenheimer has hired uber private investigator, Bo Dietl who says all of this is nothing more than an attempt on Ms. Dunphy’s part to extort money from Oppenheimer. Dietl says that Oppenheimer’s lawyer is preparing a defamation suit against Dunphy.

Ashley Dupre - The People Magazine Interview

She was the tabloid sensation at the center of the sex scandal that brought down New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer. But in her very first interview, Ashley Alexandra Dupré tells PEOPLE, "I am a normal girl."

"Everyone knows me as 'that girl,' but I'm not just 'that girl,' " the 23-year-old former escort says in the new issue of PEOPLE, on sale Friday. "I have a lot of depth, a lot of layers."

Enduring a media spotlight that included seeing her MySpace photos splashed on front pages "has been really hard," the New Jersey native explains. "But I'm a survivor."

Spitzer Was Unknown to Her
Her descent into tabloid mayhem began the night of Feb. 13, 2008, when Dupré – who had worked as a high-end escort to help pay the bills on and off since 2004 – met a client who turned out to be the Governor of New York.

Dupré claims she had no idea who the man was that night. What she does recall is that "Client 9," as Spitzer was reportedly known at her escort service (which was shut down in March), "was polite.

"Some guys, they want to have conversations and really get to know each other. With him, it clearly was not like that. It was more of a transaction. Strictly business."

Casually dressed and with no entourage in tow, Spitzer didn't strike Dupré as someone important. Besides, "I was there for a purpose – not to wonder who [he] could be."

FBI Steps In
In fact, she didn't find out who he was until March when, just days after learning she was mixed up in some sort of FBI investigation, she saw the Spitzer apologizing on TV. "It was surreal," Dupré says of seeing the client she had met a month before. "I felt like I was sinking."

As for the former governor, "I think he's been punished enough." Asked what she might tell his wife, Silda, who stood at Spitzer's side when he announced his resignation, Dupré offers, "I'm sorry for your pain."

In the interview, Dupré also opens up about her troubled past – running away at age 17 into a non-stop life of drinking and partying – and how a girl from the suburbs could fathom becoming a prostitute: "This wasn't any different than going on a date with someone you barely knew and hooking up with them," she reasoned. "The only difference is I can pay my rent."

Mother Finds Out

Once the FBI told her they were looking into one of her clients, Dupré says she was forced to confide in her homemaker mother, Carolyn, that she was turning tricks.

"It was extremely painful for her," Dupré says, though "my mother wasn't angry. She was supportive."

Now living with her mother and stepfather in New Jersey, Dupré says she has learned her lesson, and then some.

"I'm 23 years old," she says. "I want to do music, to do fashion, to write books – there's so many things." One thing she won't be doing: selling her body to make ends meet. "No," she says. "Never again."

Ashley Dupre on 20/20 with Diane Sawyer

As reported - pretty much everywhere by now - Ashley Dupre will be on "20/20" this Friday, as part of that on-going Diane Sawyer series on prostitution. But for some reason, ABC has withheld the official announcement...until now.

Here it is:

"A Diane Sawyer exclusive: In her first television interview, Ashley Dupre, the woman at the center of the scandal involving former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, speaks candidly about what life as a high-end escort is like, how an upper middle-class, girl next door got into the profession and the psychological journey she continues to experience. The interview is a continuation of Sawyer’s recent and extensive reporting on prostitution that was the basis for an in-depth look at the profession, which aired in March of 2008."

OK, let's parse this: You'll notice that no where here does it actually imply that this will be an interview about the actual scandal, so one is left to wonder: Is Dupre even asked about Spitzer? A so-called "conditional" interview would be almost unthinkable, but I wonder why ABC doesn't at least say or suggest Spitzer comes up in the interview?

Ashley Dupre Story Released in Girls Gone Wild

Popular New Girls Gone Wild Magazines Finally Reveals Uncensored Details About Eliot Spitzer's Favorite Call Girl And the Lies She Told to Party With Girls Gone Wild LOS ANGELES.

The November issue of Girls Gone Wild
magazine, which hits newsstands today, contains a revealing account of Ashley
Dupre's encounter with a Girls Gone Wild crew in Florida during Spring Break
2003. Dupre, whose relationship to New York Governor Eliot Spitzer resulted
in Spitzer's resignation, had lied about her age in order to be invited aboard
the Girls Gone Wild tour bus, but was immediately sent home on another kind of
a bus -- a Greyhound -- when Girls Gone Wild CEO Joe Francis learned that she
was not quite 18 years old. The article, titled "Ashley Dupre Revealed!"
offers a detailed eyewitness account of how Dupre talked her way onto the GGW
tour bus and eventually performed for the Girls Gone Wild cameras. Because
Dupre had offered a false ID and lied about her age on camera, the company
ultimately declined to publish the material.

The cover of the November issue of Girls Gone Wild Magazine features Leeds
scholar and model Laura Shields, who holds a degree in chemical engineering.
Explaining why she decided to pose for Girls Gone Wild over other men's
titles, Laura says, "I like the idea of a fresh new magazine."

Other articles in the November issue include a review of America's top ten
wildest college campuses, a revealing account of professor/student sex and the
intimate history of one wild girl's favorite body part in an article she calls

Sex Appointment Maker Pleads Guilty in Ashley Dupre Spitzer Case

Tania Hollander, 36, became the fourth and likely last person to plead guilty in the sex scandal that exposed Ashley Alexandra Dupré as former New York Gov. Elliot Spitzer’s high-priced call girl. The scandal led to Spitzer’s resignation and launched Dupre to national prominence. Hollander's lawyer described her as a minor character in the scandal, but she could face up to five years in jail.

Hollander, 36, of Rhinebeck, N.Y worked as a booker for the Emperors Club VIP, the high-priced New Jersey-based call girl ring that eventually hired Dupre. Hollander told the court she began looking for work early last year to supplement her job as a holistic health counselor. "She did not intend to get involved in a criminal enterprise," said Michael Farkus, her attorney, in a telephone interview with the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Farkus told the paper Hollander assumed she was taking a job as a receptionist and booking agent when ring kingpin Mark Brener, 62, of Cliffside Park, N.J., offered her the job. When it became apparent that it was an illegal activity, Hollander admitted she did not walk away, Farkus said. "That's why she's guilty.”

U.S. District Court Judge Deborah A. Batts asked Hollander if she knew she was engaging in an illegal activity. "It became apparent," Hollander replied.

Brener pled guilty to conspiracy to commit prostitution and conspiracy to commit money laundering. His former girlfriend Cecil Suwal, 23, formerly of Hopewell Junction, managed the business with Brener and also pleaded guilty to money laundering, conspiracy and conspiring to promote prostitution. Temeka Lewis, who lives in Brooklyn, pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution and money laundering last May.

Neither Spitzer nor Dupre have been charged in the probe that began last summer after investigators were tipped to a number of suspicious banking transactions by Spitzer. The ex-governor resigned March 12 after he was identified as "Client-9." His meeting with a prostitute known as "Kristen" in a Washington, D.C., hotel the night before Valentine's Day was outlined in an affidavit filed in connection with the case. Kristen was later identified as Dupre.

David Krieff Pitches $2million Hooker Reality show

Eliot Spitzer scandal call girl Ashley Dupre is weighing a $2 million deal offered by a veteran reality-show producer that could cast her as "a kind of Dr. Phil," the New York Post reported.

David Krieff, who brought together Amy Fisher and the Buttafuocos and Nancy Kerrigan and Tonya Harding for TV specials, approached Dupre two weeks ago after getting a letter of commitment from an entertainment network and a major studio, he told The Post.

The producer and Dupre's lawyers and publicist have been discussing the details by phone and could seal the deal within the next two weeks, according to Krieff.

"It's a seven-figure deal," said Krieff. "There could be a book. It's an overall exclusive-rights deal," Krieff told the Post. "As far as I know, it's the only deal she's considering."

Krieff said Dupre wants a show "that maybe cleans up her image," and has expressed an interest in journalism and lounge singing.

"She also has a strong desire to give to a charity," he said. "She's very analytical. She wants to help people. She sees herself as a kind of Dr. Phil."

The deal could include a two-hour interview in which Dupre would talk about her secret double life as "Kristen," a pricey prostitute whose alleged hook-up with Spitzer at a D.C. hotel on Feb. 13 ruined his career.

All I have to say about this is "Get a grip people, she is a fucking Hooker!!!"

Thomas Earle Admits to having sex with Hooker Ashley Dupre

Ashley Dupré's married man has now confessed that he and the ex-call girl had a month-long affair, contradicting his earlier statements that Dupre had "set him up."

"I'm very ashamed," Thomas 'TJ' Earle told the NYPost through his attorney. "TJ never said he was set up. He does not feel used by Ashley one bit," said Earle's attorney, Mitchell Ansell.

Dupré, 23, and Earle, 35, were seen leaving the Gramercy Park Hotel July 23, after having spent the previous day together drinking, dining, shopping and canoodling in limos around the Big Apple. The pair reportedly rented a room on July 22, where they retreated after a day of sightseeing and relaxing.

TJ, who is the vice president of the Earle Companies in Freehold, N.J., has two children with his wife Alisa Earle, and lives a mere 1.6 miles from Dupré's family home. Earle had told Alisa, 35, that he was going on a business trip to Colorado when, in fact, he was escorting Dupre around Manhattan.

During their 24-hour Manhattan romp, Dupre and Earle visited the Trump Tower, Bergdorf Goodman and dined at an upscale Meatpacking district restaurant. The duo was then spotted returning to the Gramercy following their intimate dinner.

Meanwhile, Dupré was recently sued by Amber Arpaio, a New Jersey dental assistant, for identity theft, invasion of privacy and defamation. Arpaio, 26, claims Dupré illegally used her driver's license to convince a Girls Gone Wild producer that she was old enough to be filmed back in 2003.

Dupré gained global notoriety in March, when then-New York State Governor Eliot Spitzer resigned two days after news surfaced that he had been caught on a federal wiretap arranging to meet Dupré, then a high-priced prostitute, at a Washington hotel. Spitzer had been governor for only 16 months.

Dupré was granted immunity by federal prosecutors in exchange for agreeing to testify against Spitzer. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has temporarily delayed criminal proceedings against Spitzer pending an IRS investigation to determine if he misspent public funds while patronizing illegal prostitution rings such as the Emperors Club VIP, where Dupré worked as a high-priced hooker.

Ashley Dupre back to Whoring - Photographed with another Married man

Oops she did it again. The former call girl of ex-New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, Ashley Dupre, was spotted frolicking with another wealthy, married man this week. Ashley was seen running around Manhattan Tuesday wit the head of a major New Jersey asphalt company who lives with his wife and two kids just less than two miles from the Dupre family home.

Ashley, 23, and her new guy, 35-year-old Thomas J. Earle were spotted entering the Gramercy Park Hotel where they rented a room on Tuesday following a long day of drinking, dining, shopping and snuggling up together in limos around the city. Wednesday afternoon the two left the hotel separately, leaving the hotel 10 minutes apart, as if to avoid being photographed together.

When approached by a reporter, Dupre refused to comment. She spend off in her black Range Rover, while Earle snagged a ride home in a black Chevy Suburban.

Just a couple hours later, Earle showed up at his mansion in New Jersey, parked out back, and walked inside where his wife, Alisa Earle, was waiting. Little did he know that a reporter from the NY Post had already visited his gorgeous wife with questions about Earle and Dupre's date.

A neighbor of the Earles who was shown photos of Earle and Dupre together said "It'd be a shame if he had to leave. He's married, with two kids." The neighbor also added that Alisa is a "very stunning woman" and said she's "prettier by leaps and bounds" than Dupre.

Dupre and Earle might not have been caught if it weren't for Lindsay Lohan and girlfriend Sam Ronson staying at the same hotel, attracting a swarm of paparazzi.

The real question now is... was Earle and Dupre's "date" paid for, and is Dupre back to her old tricks?

The Real Reason Ashley Dupre dropped the Girls Gone Wild Law Suit

Just when it appeared Ashley Dupre's life was going to get a little easier, it was revealed Thursday that the famous hooker who had former Gov. Eliot Spitzer as a customer is getting sued for impersonating someone else in a "Girls Gone Wild" video.

Dupre was sued on July 11 by Amber Arpaio, in U.S. District Court in New Jersey. Arpaio cites a video in which Dupre, covered in a terry cloth towel, gives her name as Amber Arpaio. In the video, an unseen questioner asks if she is 18, and whether the footage can be used on "Girls Gone Wild." Dupre answers "yes" to both questions.

Also displayed in the video is a New Jersey driver's license with the Amber Arpaio's name and a birth date, making Dupre appear to be in her 20s.

Arpaio is also suing the producers of the "Girls Gone Wild" series for releasing the video. In her lawsuit, she says she was never contacted before her name was released.
As a result, she also wants punitive and exemplary damages "in an amount appropriate to punish and make an example of Defendants," the suit argues.

Ashley Dupre Girls Gone Wild Naked Masturbating Pictures

The Ashley Dupre sex tape has been made available for everyone to see, or at least one of them possibly.

The video is of the former Eliot Spitzer call-girl going wild trying to rub one out in a steamy masturbation session.
"We have hours of footage of Dupre including her in some very interesting sexual situations," Joe Francis recently said.

Dupre, 22, and Francis had been involved in litigation over some kind of sex footage, but she dropped the $10 million lawsuit two weeks ago.

In it, she accused him of exploiting her name and image for profit. Could the video linked below be the video in question?

Dupre alleged that Girls Gone Wild representatives approached her while she was on holiday in Florida in 2003, supplied her with alcohol and encouraged her to expose herself when she was just 17.

This footage is supposed to be the masturbation tape she made for former N.Y. Governor Spitzer. We can't tell you if it's her or not but it seems authentic. If it is, we now know where our hard earned tax dollars get spent.

Ashley Dupre to take it all off for Girls Gone Wild

Will we soon see Ashley Dupre strip it all off for "Girls Gone Wild" and Joe Francis? Probably not but a report claims that Ashley has decided to make nice and drop a $10 million lawsuit she had filed against Joe Francis and the "Girls Gone Wild" franchise. The call girl rose to fame when it was revealed that she was at the center of the scandal that brought down former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer earlier this year.

With that quick fame came all sorts of offers to strip down for photos in men's magazine and Ashley Alexandra Dupre was even given a million dollar offer by Joe Francis. Instead she filed a lawsuit against the company. As luck would have it, a "Girls Gone Wild" camera crew had filmed her and her doing the things girls do in a "Girls Gone Wild" video but the lawsuit claimed that she was tricked into signing the release.

Her attorney would later confirm the news that she has now dropped the suit and she wants to get on with her life and eliminate all of the negativity that was surrounding her. He says that she wants to concentrate on her upcoming projects, but it is not revealed exactly what the projects will be or when they will be revealed.

Many believe that Dupre missed a big window of opportunity when she shunned the spotlight right after she was item number one on many newscasts. Her topless pictures could have commanded seven figures. Did she blow it by not acting quickly enough or does she still have a shot at celebrity status.

Ashley Dupre Dating Reality Show?

Eliot Spitzer scandal prostitute Ashley Dupré is developing a cable reality series and is considering moving from New York to Los Angeles, E! News reports.

Dupré, 23, has been developing an unscripted show with production execs at L.A.-based Handprint Entertainment, the same company that has managed the careers of Nicole Richie and Pamela Anderson, a source told E!

One of the concepts being considered is a dating format, E! reports.

"They're talking to MTV about Ashley being the next Tila Tequila," a source close to the project told E!

Dupre gained notoriety in March when it came out that she was the high-priced call girl named "Kristen" named in court documents who allegedly was hired by Spitzer for at least one tryst at a posh Washington hotel. Spitzer, known as "Client 9" in the documents, resigned as New York governor a few days after the scandal broke.

Ashley Dupre droppes case against Girls Gone Wile Joe Francis

Ashley Dupre has dropped a lawsuit claiming "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis exploited her image and name on the Internet.

Ashley Dupre voluntarily dismissed the $10 million federal lawsuit, according to court documents filed Thursday. She said she was only 17 when she signed a binding contract giving permission to appear in the "Girls Gone Wild" video.

Telephone calls and e-mails to Dupre's lawyer and publicist were not immediately returned Friday.

Francis said in a statement issued late Friday night that "the truth invariably comes out, as I knew it would in this case. I am happy to, once again, be completely vindicated."

In her lawsuit, Dupre said she was on spring break in Miami Beach in 2003 when she was approached by "Girls Gone Wild" producers, given alcoholic drinks and then signed a release agreeing to appear. The series depicts women in provocative poses or topless, often in such party locations as Mardi Gras or spring break beach towns.

Francis has said Dupre was on the "Girls Gone Wild" bus for a week and made seven full-length videos.

Shortly after the lawsuit was filed, Francis released a video where Dupre appears covered by a terry cloth towel and gives her name as Amber Arpaio. An unseen questioner asks if she is 18 and if the footage can be used on "Girls Gone Wild." She says yes to both questions.

The video also displays a New Jersey driver's license with the Amber Arpaio name and a birth date that would have made her appear to be in her 20s.

Dupre rocketed to fame in March when she surfaced as a high-priced call girl in the Emperors Club VIP prostitution ring that involved then-New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer, who resigned soon after the scandal broke. Dupre, going by the name "Kristen," met "Client 9" — later identified as Spitzer — at least once at a swanky Washington hotel, according to court documents.

After the Spitzer scandal, Francis made a public $1 million offer for Dupre to appear in one of his videos and go on a promotional tour. But he rescinded the offer after realizing he already had footage of her.

Francis has other legal problems, including federal tax evasion charges pending in California and lawsuits by filed by women in Panama City, Fla., claiming they were victims of underage exploitation. Francis spent a year in jail and was released in March after pleading no contest to child abuse and prostitution charges for filming underage girls in that Panhandle beach town.

Girls Gone Wild - Joel Francis Claims Victory over Ashley Dupre after trial no show

“Girls Gone Wild” porn purveyor Joe Francis' claimed victory in a lawsuit filed by Ashley Dupré, after the comely call girl failed to show for scheduled deposition in Florida. Francis claims she was giving up on the $10 million suit and would also soon apologize to him for filing it. But Dupré is still pursuing the case, her Florida lawyer Richard Wolfe says. The deposition was only postponed, apparently in an effort to reach an out-of-court settlement.

Francis made the claims in an “exclusive” interview with “Access Hollywood.” He told the tabloid television show: "She is [going to be] a no show. Her lawyer said she is dropping it and going to issue an apology to me.” But Wolfe told the show the deposition was postponed “weeks ago.” He said he planned to take a three-week vacation and if the case wasn’t settled before then, the deposition would be rescheduled. Separately, a source also told "E! News" that Dupré’s suit is still alive and well.

Dupré sued Francis in April for unjust enrichment, cyber squatting and violations of Florida's unfair competition statute and its unfair trade practices act for trying to peddle “Girls Gone Wild” video footage from 2003 that included Dupré. She appeared in the video before her liaisons with former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer made her a household name. The film may have been shot while she was only 17, and therefore, still a minor. It shows her topless and nude taking a shower among other raucous party scenes.

At the time Francis discovered that he had footage of her, he said he would release the tape. In the federal suit, which was file in Miami, Dupré says she never gave GGW permission to use her name or likeness to market videos of her. Dupre says in the suit that GGW reps callously exploited her by illegally getting her drunk and coercing her to strip and dance nude at parties they staged.

Life We work all day then go to sleep
We laugh and cry and sometimes weep
We fight and love every day
We fight for love in every way
We do this to feel less alone
We do this until we're shown
That though we breathe, drink, feel and see
Our course is set, can we alter it but a degree
With hope with faith we face each day
Even with denial and anger we try to sway
But our path is set we cannot change the course
Even knowing we're wrong we deny the source
Remember this when you try to understand
When you feel overwhelmed by the creator's grand plan
Though every one of your days may be filled with strife
Be thankful and accept this very unique gift, Life

Eliot Spitzer hooker trial coming to a close

Federal prosecutors are slowly tying up loose ends in the Eliot Spitzer call-girl case. In the latest development, Mark Brener admitted in Manhattan federal court that he led the prostitution ring that ultimately led to Spitzer’s downfall as New York governor.

Meanwhile, the Spitzer family is off on vacation to Southeast Asia,. The disgraced former governor leaves June 23, with his wife, Silda, and their three girls will be at his side, New York magazine reports. The trip was reportedly Spitzer's oldest daughter Elyssa's idea, and the whole clan will spend at least 10 days in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, sources say.

It may be Spitzer’s last vacation while not under indictment. The 62-year-old Brener pleaded guilty to running the Emperors Club, an Internet call-girl business, and to money laundering through two fraudulent companies, QAT Consulting and QAT International. Under the plea deal, he faces up to 30 months in prison, a sentence that suggests the feds are playing hardball. He had no previous convictions. With his plea, Spitzer and Dupre are the only others involved in the scandal who have not been charged and prosecuted. Spitzer could face money laundering and prostitution charges.

Cecil Suwal, 23, the elderly Brener’s girlfriend and the money manager behind Emperors Club, pled guilty earlier this month and will serve up to 27 months in prison. Federal investigators arrested Brener and Suwal at their New Jersey condo in early March. Less than a week later, authorities learned that Spitzer was a client who was involved in several trysts with a prostitute named "Kristen." He reportedly paid nearly $4,300 for the hooker, who turned out to be Dupre.

Since then, Dupre, 23, has been out of sight, and has not tried, or more likely has been prevented by the feds, from capitalizing on her notoriety. But recently, she has been spotted out in public and even made an outing to a New Jersey beach with her mother. Her MySpace post is her first full communication through the site since her arrest.

Ashley Dupre could be facing Jail time over her whoring ways

Are those sunny days at the beach soon coming to an end for Ashley Dupre, the infamous Eliot Spitzer call girl? The man accused of running the escort service that hooked (no pun intended) up Ashley with the former New York governor and led to one of the biggest sex scandals in New York History will plead guilty in court this week, and it looks like the Feds are throwing the book at him. Others have already pleaded guilty. Could Dupre be next?

Lawyer Murray Richman confirmed to the New York Post that Mark Brener, 62, Ashley’s "Emperors Club V.I.P." pimp, will plead guilty on Thursday in federal court in Manhattan as part of a plea deal. But the U.S. Attorney's Office isn’t cutting him much slack. He’s reportedly looking at up to 30 months in jail on money-laundering and prostitution-conspiracy charges.

Cecil “Katie” Suwal, 23, who was Brener’s girlfriend and worked as his call-girl booker, pleaded guilty last week in a plea deal that includes a 21 to 27 month jail sentence. Brener ran the call girl ring with Suwal out of his New Jersey apartment. Suwal had no prior criminal record. In that regard, the sentence is considered stiff.

Hooker bookers Tanya Hollander, andTemeka Rachelle Lewis have also pleaded guilty or are in plea talks. Lewis was reportedly the booker who arranged the date between “Kristen, “the name Dupre used, and a man identified in court papers as "Client-9," who later turned out to be Spitzer. The Feds tracked Spitzer to Washington where he met up with Dupre on Feb. 13. Spitzer resigned in March.

Dupre has reportedly cooperated with prosecutors from the start, but the Post reports that the Feds have such a strong case against all of the parties, including Spitzer, that they have been driving hard plea deals. Everyone so far has gotten jail time. The evidence is said to include phone records and taped conversations. The feds are particularly interested in determining where Spitzer got the money to pay for his trysts, which reportedly costs more than $1,000 an hour.

Dupre is the smallest fish in the bunch and is not known to have had any role in running the operation. But given the fact that everyone so far has received jail time, it would seem that she would be heading to the slammer as well, although her sentence shouldn’t be nearly as stiff, and may be limited to probation. The would-be singer has kept out of the public eye since her arrest, although she has been spotted in public more recently. Over the weekend, she and her mother spent some quality time at a New Jersey beach.

Ashley Dupre to testify in court that Joel Francis "Ruined her reputation"

She was a hooker for crying out loud. What fucking reputation does she have.... Grab a brain cell ya little tart.

Eliot Spitzer’s alleged call girl Ashley Dupre has already appeared on camera for “Girls Gone Wild” — but it seems she'll be back with the provocative production company on June 25 ... in the courtroom.

Dupre recently filed a $10 million lawsuit against Joe Francis’ infamous company with claims that he falsely advertised that she performed for its cameras, and falsely advertised its offer to her of a $1 million contract. In her lawsuit, Dupre claims that Francis and his company ruined her reputation.

To counter her claims, Francis' defense team called on Dupre on Monday to testify under oath — in a deposition to be videotaped on June 25 — to explore her work history and reported employment with Emperor’s Club VIP.

“It’s hard to imagine how anyone could actually ruin a hooker’s reputation,” Francis said in a statement. “But what I really don’t understand is, out of the whole Eliot Spitzer scandal, how I’m the only person who ends up in a courtroom.”

New Pictures of Ashley Dupre

Headed back to work, Kristen?

Here's high-priced hooker Ashley Alexandra Dupre - dressed to impress and maybe do even more in her first public photo since the 23-year-old brought down Gov. Eliot Spitzer's political career with a Washington hotel romp.
In her sexy, see-through top, tight-fitting leather skirt and Fendi belt and buckle that retails for $632, the pulchritudinous prostitute looked worth every bit the $4,300 that Spitzer coughed up for their assignation in February.

She carried a luxurious, $495 Louis Vuitton wallet.

But the tart's mode of transportation yesterday morning was not befitting her once high-flying lifestyle.

Having ditched her pricey Flatiron apartment and apparently now living with her mom and stepdad in their Victorian home in Wall, NJ, Dupre drove a subcompact car to the nearby neighborhood of Lincroft. There, she hopped a decidedly inglorious 9 a.m. bus for an hour-long ride to Manhattan's seedy Port Authority Bus Terminal.

She freaked out when a Post reporter and photographer approached her at the terminal, refusing to answer questions.

Dupre quickly hailed a taxi, and then was dropped off at a Flatiron District building, where she ducked inside.

The building is just several blocks from her old digs in a $4,000-per-month apartment, which she gave up soon after the bombshell revelation two months ago that Spitzer had hired her through the Emperors Club VIP escort service.

Spitzer resigned as governor days after he was outed as being "Client-9" - the eager john who asked that Dupre, the call girl he knew as "Kristen," be sent on an Amtrak train from New York to Washington, where he was awaiting her at the Mayflower Hotel.

Yesterday, Temeka Lewis, the booker for the Emperors Club who had dispatched Dupre to that fateful job, pleaded guilty in Manhattan federal court to money-laundering and prostitution charges with the understanding that she will help prosecutors in their ongoing investigation into the married Spitzer.

Dupre has retained a high-powered lawyer to represent her as a cooperating witness.

Principal figures in prostitution probe that snared Spitzer

Principal figures in the prostitution probe that snared former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer:

_ Temeka Rachelle Lewis, 32, of Brooklyn: Accused of booking dates for Emperor's Club prostitutes including a Feb. 13 tryst between a call girl and john identified in court papers as Client 9, later revealed to be Spitzer. Pleaded guilty Wednesday to promoting prostitution and money laundering. The University of Virginia graduate has agreed to cooperate in the probe.

_ Mark Brener, 62, of Cliffside Park, N.J.: Accused of running the ring. A native of Israel and former financial consultant, Brener has lived in the U.S. for 20 years. Prosecutors say he recruited the prostitutes and marketed the club. When authorities raided his apartment, they found $600,000 in a safe. Has pleaded not guilty to prostitution conspiracy and money laundering.

_ Cecil Suwal, 23, of Cliffside Park, N.J.: Graduate of the prestigious Blair Academy prep school in New Jersey, where she ran cross-country. Prosecutors say Suwal, who briefly attended the University of Miami before moving in with Brener, handled the club's day-to-day operations, controlled the escort service's bank accounts, supervised the booking agents and received applications from prospective prostitutes. Pleaded not guilty to prostitution conspiracy and money laundering.

_ Tanya Hollander, 36, of Rhinebeck, N.Y.: Accused of being a booking agent for the club. Hollander's boyfriend said the SUNY Binghamton graduate took the job to earn money to build a business as a holistic health counselor. Pleaded not guilty to promoting prostitution and money laundering.

_ Ashley Alexandra Dupre, 23: Identified in court papers as the call girl named Kristen who met with Spitzer on Feb. 13 at Washington's Mayflower Hotel. A native of Beachwood, N.J., the high-school dropout and aspiring singer has not been charged. Last month, Dupre sued the founder of "Girls Gone Wild" for $10 million, claiming she was only 17 _ legally under age _ when she agreed to appear on a racy spring break video in 2003.

Criminal cases associated with Spitzer scandal may end with guilty pleas

Guilty pleas in the federal prostitution case that led to former Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s downfall are imminent, with some possible Wednesday, according to a legal source familiar with the case.

The source, who didn’t want to be identified because of the evolving nature of the investigation, said that by next Wednesday all of the four pending criminal cases should be wrapped up.

The four people arrested in March and accused of being part of an international call girl ring that supplied women to Spitzer and other customers have been in plea negotiations with prosecutors since that time, according to court records and defense attorneys familiar with the case.
A spokeswoman for the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan declined to comment Tuesday.

It was still unclear whether Spitzer himself would face any charges. He was identified as "Client 9" of the prostitution ring in the initial criminal complaint filed in the case on March 5. Spitzer’s alleged use of the New York-area prostitution services in Washington could violate the federal Mann Act, which bars interstate transportation for prostitution. He also is reportedly being investigated for other possible offenses.

The man officials say is the leader of the sex ring, Mark Brener, 62, has been in jail since March. His defense attorney, Murray Richman, said yesterday that he and federal prosecutors were working on a plea.

"We are moving forward to a disposition," said Richman, adding that any plea deal wouldn’t require Brener to cooperate with the continuing investigation. Brener probably will have to plead guilty to a money laundering offense.

Attorneys for three others charged with prostitution-related offenses in the case - Temeka Rachelle Lewis, 32, Cecil Suwal, 23, and Tanya Hollander, 36, - didn’t return telephone calls and e-mails seeking comment.

The alleged prostitute involved with Spitzer, Ashley Alexandra Dupre, has not been charged in the case and has cooperated with authorities.

Court records on file in federal court in Manhattan show that prosecutors have been given a number of extensions of the normal 30-day period in which to seek an indictment. That time period is 10 days in the case of a jailed defendant like Brener.

From the time the case first broke in March, there has been speculation about Spitzer’s legal fate in the case. But attorneys representing some of the women who worked for the prostitution ring said that aside from being shown a photograph of the former governor, who resigned March 12, their clients have not been asked any significant questions about him.

Brandy Bergman, a spokeswoman for Spitzer, declined to comment about the case Tuesday.

Legal experts note that federal prosecutors generally have five years to seek an indictment so they wouldn’t have to rush to bring a case against Spitzer. But the experts also note that federal prosecutors rarely bring Mann Act cases against customers of interstate prostitution rings.

Still, Spitzer has reportedly been under investigation to see whether he used any state campaign funds to finance out-of-town trips and hotel stays in which he met with prostitutes.

Plea bargain in Ashley Dupre, Eliot Spitzer hooker case

The appointment maker for the escort service former New York governor Eliot Spitzer was involved with is expected to cop a guilty plea.
Lewis could provide testimony that could lead to criminal charges against Spitzer.

Ashley Alexandra Dupre was the other woman named in the Eliot Spitzer scandal.

NEW YORK (UPI) -- Sources say a guilty plea is expected from a woman reportedly involved with a high-priced escort service allegedly linked to former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer.

People familiar with the case told The New York Times that Temeka Lewis, thought to have made appointments for the escort service, is expected to plead guilty to a couple of conspiracy counts in Manhattan federal court.

Lewis's would be the first guilty plea in the case, which led to Spitzer's resignation March 12. Lewis's job was allegedly to book appointments for the women who worked for Emperor's Club V.I.P. Prosecutors said she arranged the alleged February liaison between Spitzer and a prostitute in Washington that was monitored by the FBI.

A defense lawyer not involved in the case told the Times that if Lewis struck a plea deal, she could provide testimony that could lead to criminal charges against Spitzer.

Ashley Dupre Critical over music Industry

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the comely young call girl who was caught up in a scandal involving ex-New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer has posted new video on her MySpace Web page that disses the music industry. Dupre has been unseen and unheard from since her brief New York Times interview following the scandal. But in recently weeks, she has been reaching out in limited ways. The video by an unnamed male criticizes the music industry for its hypocritical reaction to her desire to become a singer.

The Ashley apologist in the video, which looks professionally produced, lampoons the “high-minded hand wringing from the music industry” over whether Dupre is worthy of a record deal. It specifically refers to, if not by name by title, to Capitol Records Senior A&R Director Chris Anokute,. “See if you can catch the reason why it sounds good and absolutely makes no sense. Here’s the full quote:

"I think her song is absolutely terrible. If people are interested in signing her, then they shouldn't be in the music business. It'd be a shame to exploit her talent based on the unacceptable reality that she was involved in. Most importantly, it destroyed multiple families. I don't think the scandal will help her at all. In fact, I think the public is a bit smarter than we think they are. Even though she's had over a million hits on her MySpace, I think people are just going there to see her pictures and laugh at her attempt to pursue a music career."

The video commentator responds by questioning how Dupre’s background compares to prominent rap artists. “Almost every record deal you gave out to every rapper in the last 15 years was based on the scandalous details of their criminal pasts, an “unacceptable reality that involves selling crack and shooting people,” he scolds. “The answer should be obvious,” the video continues, “but it’s not because this country has so many weird puritanical hang ups about sex.”

“The way we are so quick to pass judgment on Ashley Dupre says a lot more about our issues than it does her issues,” it adds. “More power to her. I just hope she doesn’t regret giving up the moral high ground after getting involved in this music business.”

The video is posted on YouTube. It’s unknown whether she was involved in the production, or it just caught her fancy. The male commentator is not named

Ashley Dupre searching for the Celebrity Life in Local club

Eliot Spitzer's favorite hooker, Ashley Dupre, threw herself a small 23rd birthday party Wednesday night at the posh Chelsea club Marquee.

The former lady of the evening and a group of male and female friends hoped to stay out of the spotlight as they toasted her birth. She even snuck past doormen unnoticed in a hoodie.

But once inside, she became the center of attention. An insider told Page Six that, although Dupre tried to "stay inconspicuous," she turned heads with a sweatshirt "three sizes too small, and also, her boobs were popping out."

She was getting the stares of male partygoers who apparently didn't know the merchandise was worth $4,300 a night, witnesses said.

Her appearance there marked Dupre's first confirmed club visit since the scandal that brought down the former governor, who knew her as "Kristen."

Apparenty, Ashley Dupre couldn't seem to make up her mind about wanting attention - alternately hiding behind her hoodie and getting up on the back of her banquette and waving her arms.

She was very happy to be out, that's what everyone was saying around her. Another witness said she was drinking tequila - "It was like truth serum. She talked about Spitzer. She was pretty open."

Before hitting Marquee, Dupree dined with pals at Café Cortadito on East Third Street.

Born Ashley Youmans on April 30, 1985, in New Jersey, Dupre would eventually come to the city where she allegedly funded a high-flying lifestyle with work in the oldest profession.

Does Ashley Dupre have a Case against Girls Gone Wild

Ashley Alexander Dupre, the 22-year-old call girl linked to former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, filed a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis on Monday for $10 million. Dupre claims that Francis exploited her name and image in advertisements for his video series, and that although she signed consent forms before posing before Girls Gone Wild’s cameras while on spring break in Florida in 2003, she was drunk, only 17-years-old, and should not have been bound to the contracts.

What the commentators said
Is Ashley Dupre really claiming to be “a victim”? said Sean Hackbarth in the blog The American Mind. She “knew all about Girls Gone Wild when she strutted her stuff for them.” It seems obvious “she’s trying to get more than the $1 million” that “slime ball” Joe Francis offered her to pose in his new magazine. “If we’re lucky, when both Dupre and Francis go to court, one of Florida’s famed sinkholes will swallow them both up, never to be heard from again.”

Dupre’s suit “sounds exactly like the one other girls filed against Francis, which landed him in jail,” said the blog Hollywood Grind. But this time, “Francis made sure everything was legal before using the Ashley images and footage. Now Ashley will have to prove her claim in court, which won’t be easy since she herself committed fraud by lying about her age, and is a known prostitute.”

“Is there no honor among oversexed, drunken teenage girls?” said Howard Gensler in the Philadelphia Daily News. “To think that when she was a teen looking to catch some rays and an STD during Spring Break,” Francis “let her sleep on his bus. And this is the thanks he gets? “Yes, she was old enough to strip nekkid and frolic for the camera, but she was not old enough to give herself permission. And if she really was 17, Francis may have another problem.”

Miami: Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the call girl in the Emperors Club VIP prostitution ring that banged and demolished the New York's former governor Elliot Spitzer, had agreed to be filmed in 2003, revealed the video released Tuesday by founder of "Girls Gone Wild" – Joe Francis.

The video was released one day after "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis and his companies were sued for $10 million in Miami federal court by Ashley Alexandra Dupre. Spitzer’s high priced prostitute on Monday claimed that she was just 17 at the time when she was filmed nude; she was too young to sign a binding contract. Dupre, who is 22 now, accused Francis of exploiting her image and name on various Internet sites.

In the video released in self-defense, Ashley Dupre appears covered by a terrycloth towel and gives her name as Amber Arpaio to an unseen questioner, who asks if she is 18.

"Yes I am," Dupre answers in a strong Southern accent.

The questioner asks, "Do you know what 'Girls Gone Wild' is?"

"Yes I do," she replies with a laugh.

The questioner asks, "Can I use this on 'Girls Gone Wild'?"

"Of course you can," Dupre answers.

The video released by Joe Francis also shows a New Jersey driver's license with the Amber Arpaio name and a birth date that shows that she was in her 20s at that time. The lawyer and public relations firm representing Dupre did not immediately return telephone calls and e-mails seeking comment.

In her lawsuit, Dupre stated that she was on spring break in Miami Beach in 2003 when she was approached by "Girls Gone Wild" producers, given alcoholic drinks and then signed a release agreeing to appear. The series depicted her nude in various provocative poses or topless, often in such party locations as Mardi Gras or spring break beach towns.

In his defense, Francis stated that Dupre was on the "Girls Gone Wild" bus for a week and made seven full-length videos. He said the video of her agreement to appear is proof that her lawsuit has no merit.

In a written statement, Francis said, "It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupre could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by `Girls Gone Wild', when in fact we have a videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification.”

After the Spitzer scandal, Francis made a public $1 million offer for Dupre to appear in one of his videos and go on a promotional tour, but he repealed the offer when he came to know that he already had footage of Dupre filmed in 2003.

Ashley gets a new job with Girls Gone Wild which pays 1 Million Dollars

Ashley Dupre, Eliot Spitzer's high-priced hooker, sure has landed in a pool of money courtesy her media frenzy appearance. The producer of "Girls Gone Wild" has offered a cool 1 million dollars in the lap of former Gov. Eliot Spitzer's favorite hooker. The news comes few days later after it was revealed that Dupre slapped Spitzer with a 10 million dollars suit.

"She should keep in mind, it's considerably more than the Governor of New York paid her, and our activities aren't illegal," the New York Daily quoted Francis, the producer of the series, as saying. Francis said Ashley Alexandra Dupre has 'zero' chance of winning her lawsuit, adding that his offer was not a ploy to get her to drop the suit.

Instead, Francis said he's offering the aspiring songstress 1 million dollars to host and to promote various Girls Gone Wild events. Dupre sued Spitzer in March for allegedly getting her drunk and "tricking" her into disrobing for the camera during a 2003 vacation in Florida and then using the footage in a video series without her permission.

"It is incomprehensible that Dupre could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by 'Girls Gone Wild,' when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification," Francis said. "She's seeking 10 million dollars for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including... multiple crews we had in the room. These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact," Francis added.

The Girls Gone Wild franchise, created by Joseph R. Francis, is a series by the production company Mantra Films, Inc. Girls Gone Wild videos usually involve a camera crew patrolling a party-heavy area frequented by young adults in search of attractive young women who agree to expose their bodies for the camera, usually in exchange for a tank top and sometimes short pants.

This involves exposure of breasts and/or buttocks and genitals, sometimes further removal of clothing, and sometimes the camera crew following a group of girls back to a hotel or other location and taping them engaging in additional sexual activities/intercourse.
